Payment

BY MINELLA ApS accepts online payments. All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 working day. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. During holidays, when it is extra busy, it may take 1-2 extra days to get your package delivered.

BY MINELLA ApS ships goods with the following:

Domestic: GLS - Home delivery, GLS - Parcelshop
International: UPS, DHL

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred when a shipment reaches your country of destination. BY MINELLA ApS is not responsible for these fees if they are used and are your responsibility as a customer.

The freight is calculated based on weight.

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 7 days full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost of the return.

The 7 days period starts on the day the order is delivered. You bear any return costs yourself.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@byminella.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We treat these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 7 days after delivery and reach us no later than 7 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent to return@byminella.com. In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.

You bear any return costs yourself.

Return label

You can advantageously buy a return label at www.returpakke.dk. The price of package labels is cheaper than if you go down to the package shop and buy it. You print the package label yourself and attach it to the package. The delivery address is automatically set.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to BY MINELLA ApS to assess the condition of the item.

We consider the product to be used and do not accept:

• Hair in the Velcro
• Stains on the material
• Defective zippers or click belts
• Scratches or other signs of wear on the item

Right of complaint

There is a 2-years warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to BY MINELLA ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. 7 days as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

You bear any return costs yourself.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with BY MINELLA ApS, we need the following information:

• E-mail adress

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with BY MINELLA ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of BY MINELLA ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with BY MINELLA ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to contact@byminella.com.
